Court Purpose Driving Abstract: You will need to obtain a copy of your driving records from the Secretary of State facility on Dirksen Parkway. There is a fee for these documents.
The Law Enforcement Sworn Report and/or Notice of Summary Suspension: You will need to bring the document that was given to you during your arrest
